Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent for the                      
adoption of Amendment No. 1.  Without objection, Amendment No.

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31 am S Relating to                                  
Alcohol-Related Birth Defects Awareness Week, be adopted.

am S passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for                   
engrossment.
